Drone Pilot
Support Fund

The peregrine falcon is the fastest bird on Earth. It doesn't wait for a tailwind — it creates one. We are the #ActForUkraine Fund — financing FPV drone pilots who will become the speed and precision of a new generation in Ukrainian drone racing. In partnership with ZENITH Drone Racing School, we open doors to those with the talent to fly fast, but without the resources to take it further.

Three principles
that shape the Fund

We don't hand out aid. We invest in speed — in those capable of mastering it. The #ActForUkraine Fund is built around three foundational statements.

01

Talent ≠ Resources

The fastest drone pilots aren't always those with the most expensive drone, FPV goggles, and controller. Our duty is to ensure that a lack of money for equipment never becomes the reason a talent fades. We find those who have proven their ability to grow, and we remove the financial barrier.

02

Together, not instead of

We don't rescue and we don't pity. We invite. The pilot supported by the Fund joins the team as an equal — with their own proven experience from selection. The paying pilot beside them is not a donor, but a teammate. We become one circle of trust, where everyone contributes.

03

Circular model

The pilot the Fund supports today becomes tomorrow's supporter of the next one. Each cohort funds the next through contributions from its graduates — creating a self-sustaining ecosystem.

Three directions
of our action

The Fund operates by three principles that together ensure a talented drone pilot enters the cohort quickly, fairly, and with a protected path forward.

3 Grant pilots per cohort

Speed of access

A talented pilot shouldn't have to wait years for professional training. The Fund strips away bureaucracy — from application to a seat in the cohort takes less than 30 days.

Precision of selection

Every grant is an investment. We select by three criteria: proven results at a prior stage, growth potential, and limited resources. No random choices.

Protecting the talent

A grant pilot receives not just training, but also equipment, a mentor, and protection from burnout. Our focus is that their path continues, rather than ending after the first intensive.

What the Fund actually covers

The grant is more than just a seat in the cohort. It's a complete package that lets a pilot go from zero to team racing without financial barriers.

Simulator access

Individual Liftoff license, training station, personal progress tracking. Foundation for LV1.

LV 1

Real flights

Access to the training track, coach time on the field, participation in cohort races. The leap from simulator to real drone.

LV 2-3

Drone for the training period

School drone ZN-S01 / ZN-P04 with consumables (batteries, propellers, spare parts). Issued to the pilot for the duration of the intensive.

Equipment

FPV goggles

Quality racing FPV goggles — drone racing is unthinkable without them. Tuned to each pilot's individual parameters.

Equipment

Radio controller

Racing-class transmitter with configured modes and save profiles. Together with goggles — the pilot's core setup.

Equipment

Mentor support

Personal flight reviews, progression plan, feedback after every session. A ZENITH coach-partner for the full journey.

Coaching

FFTF — Friend-For-The-Flight

From LV4, team work begins. FFTF is a system where teammates provide one another not just moral support, but technical: if a team member lacks a controller, goggles, or a backup drone — their partners equip them. The Fund provides the initial kit to the grant pilot, and the team sustains them through the journey.

LV 4+
Important: the equipment (drone, goggles, controller) remains the property of the Fund or its equipment partner. The pilot uses it for the full training period. Upon program completion, top performers have the option to receive a personal setup as a performance bonus — but this is a separate condition.

Three tiers of participation

Choose how deeply you want to be part of the mission. Each tier is not just an amount — it defines the form of connection with the pilot you support.
